How It Works
Big Joe Autonomous Solutions are user-directed AMRs. An operator assigns the mission from an onboard touchscreen, and the unit handles the transport on its own. From that same screen, operators generate maps, activate and edit workflows, and communicate with the fleet.
Capabilities vary by model. Most units run like a conventional Big Joe pallet truck your team already knows, so taking manual control is straightforward and your operators stay in command of the floor. The AP44 can run in manual, semi-autonomous, or fully autonomous mode depending on the task.
Every unit features LiDAR and camera systems for mapping, dynamic navigation, and obstacle detection, plus safety lighting and an autonomous horn that alerts pedestrians to the vehicle's presence.

Built for floor-to-floor pallet transportation, the AP44 covers the repetitive haul routes that pull your team away from picking, staging, and loading. ATC100
10,000 lb. Capacity Autonomous Tugger
For high-volume tugger routes like line feed and long-haul transport across a large facility, the ATC100 autonomously tows a variety of trailer configurations. It handles the routes that run all shift and never get easier to staff. Operators can take manual control at a moment's notice.
ACV40
4,000 lb. Capacity Autonomous 3-Wheel Forklift
When a task calls for autonomous pick-and-place up to three feet high, the ACV40 handles it on its own and hands control back to an operator on demand. It fits operations that want autonomy for repetitive lifts but still need a person in the seat when the job changes.
ASC40
