Industry veteran Jay McNichols thought he had experienced just about everything, having worked for OEMS, Dealerships and Lenders and until he joined the Big Joe as  the Director of Dealer Sales.  “The Big Joe team really is a team,” he said, “You get to be a part of something bigger than yourself, not just a step in the process!”

Don Baker was the Fleet Lead at Pepsi Cola’s Newport News, VA distribution facility when he first encountered the Big Joe EZ30 electric pallet truck.  “After about three weeks, I have to say that I fell in love with them. The trucks would perform beyond expectations,” he said.  Little did he know that this love would lead him to uprooting his family and moving to the Chicago suburbs to join Big Joe as the Assistant Service Manager.
