Introducing Big Joe's New Director of Dealer Development on the East Coast: Paul Fiala

Madison, Wisconsin — September 15, 2025 — Big Joe Forklifts is excited to announce the appointment of Paul Fiala as its new Director of Dealer Development East Coast. With over three decades of experience in the material handling industry, Paul brings a deep understanding of sales strategy, dealer development, and customer engagement to the role.

Most recently, Paul served as East Coast Regional Sales Manager at Kalmar USA, where he led counterbalanced product sales across the East and Gulf Coast regions. His responsibilities included managing dealer relationships, conducting application surveys, and overseeing sales pipeline activities through CRM systems. Paul also played a key role in training sales teams and executing annual business plans, consistently driving performance and growth.
