Kailey Kiefus, granddaughter of Burton Kiefus who founded one of the original Big Joe Dealerships in 1968, has recently taken the reins as Head of Operations.  She took a few minutes to reminisce about growing up in the material handling industry, and discus her plans for expanding her family’s business for the next 50 years.

Director of Aftermarket, Ron Winkler has overseen tremendous advancements in the way parts, service, training and documentation are conveyed to the dealer technicians and end users, but the one thing that’s never changed is Big Joe’s commitment to good old fashioned customer service!

There can be a lot of steps from order to delivery when you’re the Senior Manager, Sales Operations for a rapidly growing forklift company.  Good thing Andrea Palombizio loves working out the details and solving problems!      

 

 

Product Documentation and Application Engineer Paul Wagener is preparing to retire after more than three decades in the Big Joe Engineering Department.  He took a few moments to look back on the evolution of some unique Big Joe custom projects and his experiences working on them.

 

 

Industry veteran Jay McNichols thought he had experienced just about everything, having worked for OEMS, Dealerships and Lenders and until he joined the Big Joe as  the Director of Dealer Sales.  “The Big Joe team really is a team,” he said, “You get to be a part of something bigger than yourself, not just a step in the process!”
